Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver nationwide — including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. No need for a card or bank transfer — just pay when your order arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are usually faster. You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.

What brands do you carry?

We carry a curated range of internationally trusted brands including ProSeries, North Paw, Petso, Meatrix, Petline, Carnaval, Aves, Choo Meow, and Naughty Tail — covering cat food, dog food, bird food, and cat litter.

Do you carry wet food as well as dry food?

Yes. We stock both dry and wet food options across our cat food range, including pate pouches and canned food from Petline and Carnaval.

Are your products authentic and imported?

Yes. All products on Canins are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors. We do not stock counterfeit or grey-market goods.

Can I return a product?

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on opened pet food products for hygiene reasons.

My pet has a specific health condition — can you recommend a food?

We can point you towards the right product category (e.g. urinary care, hypoallergenic, sterilised, weight management) but always recommend consulting your vet before switching to a medically specific diet.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the contact details provided at checkout.
